The British Medical Council (BMC) has already released guidelines.
For any activity or event with 200 or more invitations, residents will need a permit from the BMC.
Local ward officers will send representatives to an event with 200 or more persons to ensure that COVID-19 guidelines, are rigorously obeyed.
Indoor halls that are closed can operate at 50% of their maximum capacity.
Open-air venues can only operate at 25% of their full capacity.
