With regard to Priyanka Chopra’s’ stepping out and making the change’ from Bollywood to Hollywood, Karan Johar told ET Canada that she has been doing ‘very well’.
Priyanka Chopra is renowned for garnering a lot of media attention. The performer, who has changed the game for herself after having a successful Bollywood career, claimed early this year that her dispute with some individuals in the Hindi film industry was what prompted her to travel to Hollywood. Priyanka’s dramatic interview with Dax Shepard took place months ago, and Karan Johar was asked about her decision to move to Hollywood.
The ‘Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani’ filmmaker expressed his thoughts on PC’stepping out and making the change’ from Bollywood to Hollywood to ET Canada, saying that she has been doing ‘very well’.
“To see her (Priyanka Chopra) grow from strength to strength and truly achieve the kind of success that she has on her own terms,” the filmmaker who was in Canada for the Toronto International Film Festival 2023 said at the film’s debut. Additionally, she has always been amazing on every platform she has ever been on, as well as in all she has ever stood for and represented. It is wonderful.
Kanagana Ranaut and many others on social media speculated that the actor was alluding to Karan Johar despite the fact that Priyanka did not mention him by name. They provided examples from their long-standing connection.
When there were rumors of an affair with Shah Rukh Khan and Priyanka in April 2012, their purported enmity allegedly began. The best friend of SRK and Gauri, Karan, is said to have ‘pushed’ her away from the action.
